Crown Care for Foster Youth
Mission
To restore confidence, dignity, and cultural respect in foster and adoptive youth through proper hair care, education, and community support.

Program Objectives
• Provide culturally competent hair care for foster and adoptive youth
• Educate caregivers on textured and natural hair maintenance
• Reduce placement stress related to grooming and appearance
• Promote self-esteem, identity, and belonging in children
• Create a trusted hair care resource within Florida’s child welfare system
